Correcting the root cause is the way to health and wellness.
Acupuncture (الوخز بالإبر, 針灸) is a 2500-years lifelong treatment derived from Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It's based on the theory that body energy, called “Chi (تشي, 氣 or Qi)”, flows through and around your body along invisible pathways called “meridians”. TCM believes that illness occurs when anything bad blocks or unbalances your Chi.
Acupuncture is a way to unblock or influence Chi via Acu-points on meridians and to help Chi flow back into BALANCE. In today’s Acupuncture practice, there are mainly two therapies: needling (針) and moxibustion (灸), together with three affiliated healing dexterities including Cupping, GuaSha and TuiNa (Chinese medical massage).
When performing needling, Acupuncture doctors puncture fine, sterile and disposable needles into your skin at Acu-points on your body. Additional heat, pressure, or mild electrical current is used along with needles depending on conditions of your Chi.
Burning moxa near the skin helps to streghten the blood and to invograte its flow.
Small cups and bamboo jars are used to create low pressure that helps to relieve tension and congestion.
Applying pressure with a round-edged object is the way to boost immune system.
Can be used to treat cold, flu, asthma, bronchitis and acute/chrinic pain.
